There should be a designated path for the serious runners and the not so serious,by this I mean those that walk in paks or groups that take up the whole running path, and don’t even bother moving aside when they see a sweaty runner comming up ahead.I just think that’s plain rude.

I still like the I-Max. It’s only lasts about 45 or so, minutes, leaving plenty of time for chatting and coffee – as well as a reference point for conversation.

I’d suggest Block 7. Its classy but not pretentious, has a great food menu and of course a great wine selection. The wait staff is very knowledgeable and can assist with picking out a bottle of wine so you don’t have to be somelier.
